2010 Jongmyo Jeon Albong Simrye Reproduction Event held (4.1 - 4.23)

□ Jeon Albong Simrye (謁奉審禮展)

◦ "Jeonal" in "Jeonalbongsimrye" is also called "Jeonbae," and "Bongsim" refers to a ritual in which the king paid tribute to Jongmyo Shrine or Royal Tombs during the Joseon Dynasty, and "Bongsim" refers to looking at Jongmyo Shrine or Royal Tombs under the king's order.

◦ The Cultural Heritage Administration and the Korea Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation restored Jongmyo as a reenactment event based on literature records to provide opportunities for domestic and foreign tourists to reflect on the historical value and meaning of Jongmyo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

◦ Number of implementations: twice a day (11 a.m. and 2 p.m.), 40 minutes per session

◦ Place: Jongmyo (Power Out)

◦ Main Content: Reproduction of the king's visit to Jongmyo Shrine and inspecting the shrine

◦ Number of cast members: 37 (Ritual participants such as the King of the Kingdom, Dojo, Munmu White House, and the head of the floodgate)
