Hunminjeongeum Banpo Reproduction Event

The 2007 Hangeul Day celebration will be held at 2 p.m. on October 6 (Sat) at Geunjeongjeon Hall in Gyeongbokgung Palace.

The "Hunminjeongeum Banpo Jaehyun" event, held for the second time this year following last year, is expected to create a proud festival to commemorate the achievements of the creation of Hangeul, a brilliant cultural heritage, 560 years ago and reveal the cultural capabilities of Gyurye.

The event will feature performances, celebratory performances, and fishing processions that embody Sejong's spirit of creating Hangeul, including the Hunminjeongeum Banpo Reproduction Event, which will lead to Gwanghwamun, Sejong-ro Intersection, Seoul Plaza, and Sungnyemun.
