- One copy of the stamp and bankbook for the seal of the labor contract
- One copy of each resident registration light and abstract
- (Can be issued at the community center) One basic certificate and one family relationship certificate
- Recruitment physical examination form (for general public employment physical examination form, can be submitted later by April 12 (Friday))
