Monday, October 5, 2015 Information on changing the schedule of the gatekeeper's shift ceremony

Due to the hosting of the Arirang Grand Festival to commemorate the 70th anniversary of liberation and the installation of facilities in Gyeongbokgung Palace, the schedule for the replacement ceremony of the gatekeeper will be changed on October 5, 2015.

We ask for your understanding.

Date and time of event change: October 5, 2015 (Monday)

※All schedules of the gatekeeper shift ceremony and the gatekeeper dispatch ceremony will be changed to the gatekeeper's employment service.

※On the same day, the gatekeeper shift ceremony and the gate guard dispatch ceremony will not be held.

※The floodgates will be deployed in front of Gwanghwamun from 10:00 to 16:00 (photos can be taken with the floodgates)

※The event schedule may be further changed depending on the local circumstances of Gyeongbokgung Palace.
