Due to Nong-ak traditional music performance, the scheduled 3:00 pm gate guard changing ceremony is cancelled on November 29th Saturday.

The Cultural Heritage Administration (Director Na Sun-hwa) and the Korea Cultural Heritage Foundation (Chairman Lee Won-joon) will hold a commemorative event in front of Heungryemun Gate in Gyeongbokgung Palace at 3 p.m. on the 29th to celebrate Nongak's listing on the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
More than 400 farmers' music organizations from 11 regions across the country will participate in the event to hold a large-scale celebration performance, which will be held as a venue to "tell the sky and inform the world" of Nongak's registration as a human intangible heritage. This celebratory performance will be held in the order of ▲ Vinari-gut ▲ Exciting Nongak Hanmadang (group-specific Nongak performance) ▲ Samdonggol (three-story pagoda), 12-shot Sangmo spinning ▲ Daedongnori, so that you can enjoy more diverse Nongak in various regions.
Prior to the event, Nongak Pae, which gathered from all over the country, will present individual performances at three branches in Seoul. Three to five Nongak bands will gather in Insa-dong (12:00 to 13:00), Gwanghwamun (Gwanghwamun Citizen's Open Madang, 13:00 to 14:00), and National Folk Museum Square (13:00 to 14:00) to hold their own unique pangut and personal games.
After individual performances, each Nongak group moves through Gwanghwamun and in front of Heungryemun, giving a spectacular view of large-scale road play.
This performance is expected to be a valuable opportunity to celebrate Nongak's becoming an intangible heritage shared by people around the world, meet performances of Nongak bands in various parts of the country, and taste the essence of Nongak that brings out the excitement and excitement of the community.
