신원 3 copies of the identity statement (see attached/attached form 3x4cm)
공무 One copy of the public official recruitment physical examination document (3×4 cm or 2.5×3 cm photo attached)
본인 Two copies each of your "Basic, Family Relations Certificate"
주민 One draft of resident registration (if there is no military service, additional "military certificate" is submitted)
최종 One copy of the certificate of graduation (re-school, leave of absence, and expulsion) from the final school
경력 Certificate of experience (limited to the relevant person/public official or national, public enterprise experience, etc.)
면허 A copy of the license and certificate
반 Photo of the nameplate (upper body hair loss) 5 sheets
