2. qualification for the examination
거주 Place of residence, academic background, experience: No restrictions
응시 Age of application: 18 years of age or older
국가 A person who does not fall under the grounds for disqualification under Article 33 (1) of the National Public Officials Act
남자 A man who has completed or been exempted from military service
신체 A person who is healthy, has excellent command of Korean and foreign language skills, and has a good knowledge of Korean history
* Those with experience in guiding the palace and those with a certificate of tourist interpreter are given preferential treatment under the same conditions
※ Article 33 (Reasons for Disqualification) (1) A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall not be appointed as a public official.
1. a person who is incompetent or a person who is incompetent
2. A person who has been declared bankrupt and has not been reinstated
3. A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment without work or more and has not passed five years after the execution has been terminated or it has been confirmed that he/she will not be executed
4. A person who is sentenced to imprisonment without work or more and has not elapsed two years from the date on which the period of probation is completed
5. A person who is in the middle of the probation period in the case of receiving a suspended sentence of imprisonment or higher
6. A person who has been disqualified or suspended by a court ruling or other law

3. Term and conditions of the contract
계약 Contract period: 2011. 10. 1. ~ 2011. 12. 31.
- The date of commencement of the contract may vary depending on the circumstances of the Gyeongbokgung management office
- Decide whether to extend the contract the following year after the end of the contract period
보 Compensation:
- English commentator (both Korean): KRW 64,000 per day (including four major insurances, paid once a month)
- Korean commentator: 44,000 won per day (including four major insurance policies, paid once a month)

- Foreign language commentator: Guide to Korean and the corresponding foreign language (English)
- Korean Specialized Commentator: Korean Guide
근무 Working area
- English commentator: Gyeongbokgung Palace
- Korean language commentator: Chilgung Palace or Gyeongbokgung Palace
근무 Working conditions: Working 5 days (40 hours) a week (working on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
- Closed every TuesdayDays) and optional 1 day off (adjusted according to work conditions)
4. Recruitment method
1 1st Test: Document screening
- Select candidates for the interview after examining whether they are disqualified from the examination based on the application documents
