[Notice] Information on the reopening of indoor viewing facilities and the resumption of commentary on Deoksugung Palace pavilion

Hello, this is Deoksugung Palace Management Office.

The indoor viewing facilities and Deoksugung Palace (Seokjojeon) commentary, which have been suspended due to COVID-19, are operated normally as follows, so please refer to them and enjoy the show.

1. Reopening of indoor viewing facilities

- Target: Stone Exhibition 1st to 2nd floors • Storied Exhibition Hall and Jungmyeong Exhibition

- Effective date: From November 2, 2021 (Tue)

★ Admission is prohibited if the mask is not worn, and entry is possible after filling out the electronic entry list (QR code) or handwritten book

2. Resume commentary on Deoksugung Palace Hall

- Grand Prize: Explanation of Deoksugung Palace Hall

- Effective date: From November 2, 2021 (Tue)

★ Unable to participate in commentary when not wearing a mask

3. Seokjojeon Resumes Explanation of the Korean Empire History Museum

- Grand Prize: Explanation of Seokjojeon Hall of Korean Empire History

- Effective date: From November 2, 2021 (Tue)

- Internet advance reservations only (reservations can be made from 10 a.m. on November 1st) ☞ No on-site reservations.

- Number of people: Limited to no more than 10 people participating in the commentary (up to 2 people can make reservations per person)

★ If you are not wearing a mask, you cannot participate in the commentary, and you can participate after filling out the electronic access list (QR code) or handwritten book

4. Resumption of group viewing

- Date: From November 2, 2021 (Tue)

- Contents: Allow groups (10 or more people) to watch and apply discounts

※ Student group viewing: Internet pre-booking application starts (from 10 a.m. on November 1) ▶ Reservations can be made for at least 35 people

5. a ceremony of changing the gatekeeper

- Due to the "Woldae Construction in front of Daehanmun," the shift ceremony will not be held for the time being. (Suspension period: 'It is until the end of December 2021, and it may be extended later.)
