Information on the operation of Deoksugung Children's Education Program

- Deoksugung Palace Management Office operates children's education programs at the Seokjojeon Hall of Korea History Museum / May 12-27 (6 weekends) -

Deoksugung Palace runs a total of six children's family education programs over the weekend from the 12th, the second Saturday of May, to the 27th, the fourth Sunday, to experience the history of the Korean Empire through a tour of Deoksugung Stone Exhibition.

First introduced in 2015, this program was designed to naturally learn about the history of the Korean Empire through Seokjojeon exploration, and it has become a representative children's education program at Deoksugung Palace. It has been reorganized and operated since last year

The Seokjojeon Expedition, for third to fourth graders and guardians of elementary school, is a program that explores the history of the Korean Empire by performing given tasks and having fun learning the history of the Korean Empire through quizzes and games.  It will be held on Saturday, the 12th, 19th, and 26th.

The World I Met in Seokjojeon, where 5th and 6th graders and guardians of elementary school participate, will experience an event where children meet the emperor as the emperor and diplomat of the Korean Empire and understand the history and culture of Deoksugung Palace and Jeong-dong. It will be open on Sunday, the 13th, 20th, and 27th.

You can apply for the training by clicking the "Go to make a reservation" button below, and a total of 180 people (6 times), 30 people per session, can participate from 2 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis before the training begins.
