The Cultural Heritage Administration holds a thesis contest as follows to expand the base of understanding and raise interest in ancient development policies, discover new research tasks for college students, and use them to promote policies.

3. eligibility for application

As of the date of submission of the thesis, a person who is attending a domestic or foreign university or graduate school (including a student on leave and a person who is scheduled to graduate in August) and is recommended by a guidance professor

※ Collaborative research is also possible (but not more than 3 people, including the main researcher) All researchers must meet the requirements for participation above)

Grand Prize (Part 1): Director of Cultural Heritage Award and 5 million won in prize money

Excellent Award (Part 1): Director of Cultural Heritage Award and prize money of KRW 3 million

Award for Encouragement (3 episodes): Director of Cultural Heritage Administration Award and 1 million won in prize money

9. Precautions

The submitted papers are not returned, and all copyrights of the papers belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration.

Nuclear power plants must be specified for citations of books, papers, etc.

The entry paper must not be published in any other publication, such as a thesis or journal for applying for a degree.

Even if it is selected as an award-winning work, if it is elected through plagiarism or other illegal means, such as ineligibility for application, the award must be canceled and the prize money must be returned.

If there is no award, it may not be awarded.
