(Announcement of the Event) A reenactment performance of the royal feast "Yeongyeongdang Jin Young-rye" (5.6-8.)

The Changdeokgung Management Center, along with the World Institute of National Dance (General Director Heo Young-il) affiliated with the Korea National University of Arts, will recreate the "Joseon Sunjo Muja Year Yeongyeongdang Jin Young-rye" at Yeongyeongdang sponsored by Changdeokgung Palace from May 6 to 8.

Jinjakrye refers to a ceremony in which officials place alcohol and food on the king on a special day of the royal family. In order to celebrate the 40th birthday of Prince Hyo Myung's mother, Queen Sunwon (1789-1857, Sunjobi) in the year of King Sunjo Muja (June of the lunar calendar in 1828), the Joseon Sunjo Muja Year was specially planned to perform, including Parents' Day (5.8.).
