Introduction of Changdeokgung Palace Reservation Payment System

The reservation system for Changdeokgung Palace will be completely reorganized as of January 1, 2019.

Please make sure to read the following main points so that there is no disruption in using the Changdeokgung Palace reservation service.

Changdeokgung Palace Sponsored Special Visit Reservation Payment System

- Reservations for special sponsorship must be made by credit card by the payment deadline for the transaction from the reservation status to the reservation is completed.

- If the payment is not completed by the payment deadline, it will be automatically canceled.

Reservations can be made for viewing the pavilion and youth groups

- In addition to the existing sponsorship special viewing, reservations for viewing the pavilion and youth groups are also available

- Sponsored special viewing is available for on-site sales on the day of not reserved

Penalty system for cancellation of reservation

- Depending on the time of cancellation of the reservation, a penalty policy will be implemented for cancellation.

- During the trial period, the penalty policy will be waived. (Application will be announced separately.)

Choose between mobile and paper tickets

- Existing viewing was only possible with paper tickets, but mobile tickets are also available.

- However, only one of two types of tickets is available.

1) If you want to watch from January 1st (Tue) to January 6th (Sun), 2019, advance reservation is not possible, so please understand that tickets can be purchased only on the site on the day of viewing.

2) When paying with a credit card, the billing merchant will be displayed as Euphorus Co., Ltd., a sales agency, so please make no mistake.
