Notification of the deletion of dormant member information

Hello, this is Changdeokgung Palace Management Office. In order to protect personal information, our management office would like to delete all member IDs and member information that have not been logged in for more than three years. Please understand if it is inconvenient because it is inevitable to protect personal information, such as the enforcement of the Personal Information Protection Act. Members who need to sign up for membership in the future can sign up through public I-PIN authentication, not resident registration number registration. Since September 2008, it has become mandatory to use real-name authentication, an alternative service for resident registration, when registering as a member. Real name authentication of national institutions uses the public I-PIN service, an alternative service for resident registration provided by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security. The Changdeokgung Palace website also receives a public I-PIN member ID and password authentication instead of entering the resident registration number when signing up. If you have not been certified as a public I-PIN member when signing up for the Changdeokgung Palace website, you must sign up for a public I-PIN member separately, and you can authenticate your real name by using your member ID/password.
