Academic Symposium and Special Exhibition to commemorate the registration of the Joseon Dynasty's Uigwe UNESCO World Heritage Site

The Cultural Heritage Administration will hold a Uigwe Academic Symposium and a special exhibition to commemorate the registration of the Joseon Dynasty's Uigwe as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in cooperation with the Kyujanggak Korean Studies Institute (Seoul National University) and Jangseogak (Central Institute of Korean Studies).

The Joseon Dynasty's Uigwe, which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in June, is a documentary heritage that clearly shows the excellence of our record culture produced only in Korea through the preparation process, protocol procedures, and awards.

This event to commemorate the registration of Uigwe will be a place to enhance the public's understanding of Uigwe, confirm the results of Uigwe research in each field, and consider the future of Uigwe.   >>> Click More ☜
