Since King Taejong founded Changdeokgung Palace in 1405, many kings have used it as a legal palace for 270 years and harmonize with nature
Yihan is the most Korean palace and was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in December 1997.
For the complete preservation and management of Changdeokgung Palace, it has been operated as a limited viewing area, but now the general public
In order to provide more opportunities for the public to visit, it is judged that the awareness of cultural heritage has been widely established
From May 1, 2010, we would like to change the viewing system as follows, so we ask for your understanding.
♠ Admission fee / adult (aged 18 or older), child (7 to 18 years old)
♤ Free viewing: KRW 3,000 for adults, KRW 1,500 for children / Group of 10 or more, 20% discount
♤ Sponsorship time: KRW 5,000 for adults, KRW 2,500 for small people / Preferential treatment for senior citizens / No group discount
First, in the past, all areas were restricted, but from May 1, visitors were free to enter the palace pavilion area

Second, for the sponsorship area, enter at a fixed time and with a guide commentator for the complete preservation of Changdeokgung Palace
You can watch it, and we limit the number of visitors to 100 at a time.
Third, if you want to visit Changdeokgung Palace or Changgyeonggung Palace additionally after freely viewing the palace's pavilion area,
You have to buy a separate ticket.
Fourth, there is no preferential treatment for senior citizens in the Changdeokgung Palace sponsored time viewing system.
Fifth, there is no group discount system for the Changdeokgung Palace sponsored time viewing system.
Sixth, you can visit all four palaces and Jongmyo Shrine with an integrated admission ticket (10,000 won).
